- 5 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips, melted (70g)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Kisses
- Melt sugar-free chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Fill each cavity of a silicone mold with melted chocolate. Lightly tap the mold to remove air bubbles. Use a toothpick to pop any remaining bubbles at the tip of each cavity.
- Refrigerate the mold until the chocolate hardens, then carefully remove the kisses.
Step 2: Make the Dough
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter. Stir or beat until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
- Gradually mix in powdered sweetener, followed by coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. The dough will thicken as the ingredients combine.
